Designed by award-winning architect firm GGLO of Seattle, Site 17 is an urban development nationally recognized by the Urban Land Institute for innovation and excellence in multi-family urban design. Site 17 is a local icon in the eclectic Belltown neighborhood of Seattle. Metal artwork by local artist Kevin Spitzer, which lines the ground floor façade as well as a rooftop beacon, completes the aesthetic features which resonate strongly in this warehouse/artist neighborhood.   The art selected needed to reflect the eclectic feel of Belltown with an urban/warehouse vibe.  So Michelle chose artists such as Seattle printmaker Ruth Hesse whose work is always full of color, texture and urban themes.
